The Caring Advocates staff knows that it is an awesome loving duty to serve as another’s Proxy, to make life-or-death determining decisions if s/he no longer can. Often this responsibility falls on the shoulders of caring individuals with little or no prior experience. --That's when many appreciate the opportunity to consult with professionals who have experience in making end-of-life decisions. And that is why when people ask others to be their Proxy or alternate Proxy, they provide a gift membership to Caring Advocates.
